About

Growing up in a family of artists and creatives, I have always been encouraged and supported when drawing. This quickly followed me through my early and late education to become what I now know as my life's passion.

Studying Textiles at the Manchester Metropolitan University graduating in 2019 I now have come back to my foundations and my love of painting/drawing to create pieces that are inspired by my love for animals and the countryside I reside in.

I am now fortunate enough to have my own cosy studio in the Peak District where I continue to grow as an artist as well as satiating my never ending interest in nature.

A special thanks...

We can't always see what happens behind the screens. However, I would like to dedicate this part of my story to one of my cats named Toby. While spending most of his time in moods or sleeping. He offers gentle reminders each day for when its time to take a break and come away from the easel for a cuddle. I would go so far to say he likes to think of himself as the studio manager.
